Information

• The activity voucher is valid for one year.

• The amount due is that of the activity chosen.

• Payment must be made at the reservation.

• The reservation is confirmed on reception of payment.

Cancellation

1st instance : Cancellation by us

• In the case of bad weather, we will re schedule the trip for the person concerned for another time at their choice (NB a telephone n° must be provided), this will be done 2 to 3 days before the date of the trip..

• Other reasons (beyond our control) we will try to re schedule the trip – if this impossible – a full refund will be sent to you.

2nd instance : by you

• At the latest four days before the trip, we will try to re schedule. If this is impossible, a full refund will be sent to you.

• After four days before the trip, the full amount will be taken.
